Roll up the patented lifting bar to quickly change the resistance levels by shortening the length of the cable

Attach to the door (with the door attachment) for all types of presses, twisting and rowing movements / exercises

Add in the running belt for an incredible cardio workout with resisted running / jogging, lateral skating movements, one leg stability training and lunging exercises
