Positive Attitude
Attitude effects everything from the way you play to how your muscles react.
 
A positive attitude will take you further and enhance your performance.
 
Try this experiment. Be in a negative mood, recall something that made you angry. Hold your right arm out in an L shape. Have a friend put his hand over your extended hand and try to bring the hand up, having him exert downward pressure. See how difficult it is to raise the hand.
 
Repeat the exercise while thinking of something that made you happy and see for yourself how attitude effects your muscles.
 
Positive attitudes usualy bring about positive results.
